A Basic Study on The Educational Contents for Teenagers¡¯ Bioethics

Abstract
The purpose of bioethics education for teenagers can be defined as to value on our life and humanity, to develop moral decision making capacity of modern tantalizing problems in bio-medical fields, to practice moral acts on biomedical issues.
In accordance with the purpose, the educational contents for teenagers¡¯ bioethics should be categorized into two points; to fulfill moral recognition with ethical knowledge on the bio-medical issues and to improve practical acts from the morally matured consideration on bioethics. We can expect the improvement on the teenagers¡¯moral recognition by understanding of moral concepts, ethical theories, practical arguments and principles.
To improve practical possibilities of moral acts on bioethics, I suggest two kinds of approaches on the bioethics educational contents to be more effective and fruitful. Firstly, we can discover various educational materials for the bioethics education. In addition to applying abstract ethical principles to actual situations, we can reinterpret literary works or films in contexts on bioethics previously unanticipated. Secondly, we can reconstruct the contents of the educational materials for the bioethics not by arranging them into life-time events (i. e. birth-life disease-death), but by forming them into bio-medical subject-relation extents. If the approach is not effective, then we can try to applying another arrangement approaches, which forming educational subjects for the bioethics into personal problem to social problems.
